"Drink More Water".

My goal: "Drink More Water"

     Since I was little my mother have always try to get drinking more water, which I dont do. Our bodies are made of 60-70% water, and it depends on us to keep it working correctly by giving it the sustancials the it needs. However, in my case it seem difficult to me to drink water because it has a taste that I don't like. Even though, water dont have a flavor or color, for me it has a flavor.

    First of all, I have try mostly everything I can to fix my lack of drinking enough water, and I have make my goal of drinking more water everyday. For I have bough a lot of different water flavory products that also helps to lose weight; something else that I am planning in doing this year.  However, the water flavory products have side effects, some make me hyperactive, like if I need more energy than what I have. Others instead upset my stomach because they are make of citrus fruits, and I have gastratis, I know like itsn't enough by noy drinking 2 liters of water daily to support my body.

     Otherwise, I decide to drink a least two extra fingers of water in each glass of water that I normally drink per day, of course if I drink more than four glasses daily god knows that that is a miracle. Another opcion for me is to put a little bit of sugar in every glass of water. I think that imaging that I am drinking juice instead of water would help me out.

    Anyways, my goal is to drink more water for now on. I need to keep my body healthy if I want to live for many years more.
