Goal: First Draft

Need to Drink More Water

    Since I was little  my mother have been trying to make me drink more water. Our bodies are make of 60-70% water, which means that it needs a least 3 litters of water in order to go trough the day and hydrate most of our organs. It depends on us to give our bodies the amount of water that it needs, but in my case that seems very difficult.

   Water plays a very important role in our lives, and a dehydration can cause us a lt of problems; for example, kidneys problems, urinary infections, constantly headaches, dizziness, heart problems or circulatory problems, digestion, temperature, and vision. So if we have any of these symptoms it means that we need to drink more water, in order to give to our bodies the amount of water that it needs, which is 2 litters per day.

   However, there are big amount of people whom doesn't like to drink water, including myself. For many years i been trying to drink more water, but for some reason I feel a strange flavor on it. I know that water don't have color, olor or flavor, even though for me it does. For, I been trying a lot of water flavory items, which also helps to lose weight; those flavory items sometimes are not as good as we think. For example, in my case some of those items make me hyperactive (like I need more energy than the one I on all by myself), and others affect my stomach by giving me stomach pain or nauseas.

   In order to achieve my goal of drinking more water, I have decide to try to drink one extra fingerin every glass of water that I drink. Normally, I drink between 3-4 glasses of water everyday, and we are suppose to drink as minimun 8 glasses of water per day, also depending of our weight. However, if I drink more than 4 glasses of water per day, God knows that's miracle, which I hope I am able to accomplish anytime soon during this year, for know letes beging little by little.

   In conclusion, it is important to drink more water beacuse we need it, our body needs it. In order to be healthier we need to start from the basics which is water. Statistics show that a person can survive seven days without eating, but not more than three days without drinking water. Even if its a little, we need to drink water so our bodies can support us through out the day, also to help our systems working correctly.
